My passion for working with food has given me great pleasure over the years. I have written and co-authored many publications as well as writing regular features for some well known magazines.

I am able to quickly generate ideas and transpose these into well written and imaginative recipes for a wide variety of readers.

Most recently I have worked with a major UK kitchen appliance manufacturer on developing recipes for many of the products in their range as well as preparing and styling food for photography.
